基于相干函数和我国抗震设计规范定义的反应谱模拟了空间变化地震动,计算了桥梁相邻结构在不同视波速和相干程度空间地震动激励下的相对位移反应,以此确定为避免桥梁相邻结构碰撞所必需的伸缩缝最小间距,并分析了地震动空间变化和结构振动特性对桥梁相邻结构最大相对位移反应的影响。结果表明:地震动的空间变化对桥梁相邻结构的相对位移反应有着重要影响,当桥梁相邻结构拥有相似的振动频率时,影响最大;抗震设计标准推荐的调整相邻结构基本频率相近而减小相邻结构间的相对位移,从而达到避免结构碰撞的建议,仅在地震动空间变化效应可以忽略的前提下才有效。  相似文献

The necessity to understand the relationship between cyanobacterial species abundance and water quality variations in coastal lagoons is crucial to develop strategies to prevent further cyanobacterial proliferation. This paper evaluates the relationship between water quality variations on the distribution of cyanobacteria during a 12-month period in Batticaloa Lagoon (Sri Lanka) using Redundancy analysis and Pearson correlations. Drastic variations in pH, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen (DO) and total phosphorus (TP) levels were reported, but not turbidity and NO3. This brackish waterbody is hypereutrophic (TP levels > 0.1 mg/L). The cyanobacterial community contained 13 genera and 22 species. NO3, TP and turbidity levels positively influenced cyanobacterial abundance during all seasons indicating that nutrient (largely phosphorus) and sediment entry control is highly crucial along with periodic monitoring of cyanobacterial growth.  相似文献

A three-dimensional Eulerian hemispheric air pollution model, the Danish Eulerian Hemispheric Model (DEHM), is in development at the National Environmental Research Institute (NERI). The model has been used to study long-range transport of air pollution in the Northern Hemisphere. The present version of the model includes long-range transport of sulphur dioxide (SO2) and particulate sulphate (SC42−. The chemistry in the model is described by a simple linear oxidation of SO2 to SO42−, and the wet deposition of SO2 and SO4 is estimated based on the amount of precipitation, which is calculated from the contents of liquid cloud water (see Christensen, Air Pollution Modelling and its Applicatioons, Vol. X, pp. 119–127, Vol. XI, pp. 249–256, Plenum press, New York; 1995, Ph.D. thesis, National Environmental Research Institute, Denmark). The model has been used to study the air pollution in the Arctic. Results from yr simulation with an analysis of the results is presented: the model results are verified by comparisons, to measurements not only from the Arctic region but also from Europe and Canada. Some examples of episodes in the Arctic including analysis of the meteorological conditions during the episodes are presented. Finally, the model has been used to estimate the contribution from the different source regions on the northern hemisphere to the Arctic sulphur pollution.  相似文献

In this work, Bi4NbxTa(1−x)O8I photocatalysts have been synthesized by solid state reaction method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and UV-Vis near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activity of these photocatalysts was evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange (MO) in aqueous solutions under visible light, UV light and solar irradiation. The effects of catalyst dosage, initial pH and MO concentration on the removal efficiency were studied, and the photocatalytic reaction kinetics of MO degradation as well. The results indicated that Bi4NbxTa(1−x)O8I exhibited high photocatalytic activity for the removal of MO in aqueous solutions. For example, the removal efficiency of MO by Bi4Nb0.1Ta0.9O8I was as high as 92% within 12 h visible light irradiation under the optimal conditions: initial MO concentration of 5-10 mg L−1, catalyst dosage of 6 g L−1 and natural pH (6-8), the MO molecules could be completely degradated by Bi4Nb0.1Ta0.9O8I within 40 min under UV light irradiation, and the photodegradation efficiency reaches to 60% after 7 h solar irradiation. Furthermore, the photocatalytic degradation of Bisphenol A (BPA) was also investigated under visible light irradiation. It is found that 99% BPA could be mineralized by Bi4Nb0.1Ta0.9O8I after 16 h visible light irradiation. Through HPLC/MS, BOD, TOC, UV-Vis measurements, we determined possible degradation products of MO and BPA. The results indicated that MO was degradated into products which are easier to be biodegradable and innocuous treated, and BPA could be mineralized completely. Furthermore, the possibility for the photosensitization effect in the degradation process of MO under visible light irradiation has been excluded.  相似文献

快速发展的城市化可极大地加剧全球变暖背景下我国局地和区域的增温效应,然而有关不同城市的局地增温效应及其空间分布特征的认识相对薄弱.基于1981~2017年气象观测和ERA-5气候再分析数据,通过城乡对比法(UMR)和观测减去再分析方法(OMR)对比分析了中国92个主要城市的城市化对局地增温的贡献.结果表明,过去37 a,所有城市的气温均呈显著增加态势,且最低温度增速整体上明显高于最高温度,尤其北方城市;OMR和UMR方法所估算的城市化增温效应差异大,UMR方法整体上可能严重低估城市化对气温升高的影响;OMR方法结果表明,大部分城市的城市化对气温升高起促进作用[平均增温趋势和贡献率分别达0.26℃·(10 a)-1和46.7%],尤其是最低气温;不同区域城市化增温效应差异大,东南地区增温贡献最大,西北地区最低.结果强调了城市化增温效应的极大时空异质性以及不同方法估算结果的巨大差异,未来需加强乡村对比气象站点的建设.  相似文献

Background

Although breastfeeding is the ideal way of nurturing infants, it can be a source of exposure to toxicants. This study reports the concentration of Hg, Pb and Cd in breast milk from a sample of women drawn from the general population of the Madrid Region, and explores the association between metal levels and socio-demographic factors, lifestyle habits, diet and environmental exposures, including tobacco smoke, exposure at home and occupational exposures.

Methods

Breast milk was obtained from 100 women (20 mL) at around the third week postpartum. Pb, Cd and Hg levels were determined using Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Metal levels were log-transformed due to non-normal distribution. Their association with the variables collected by questionnaire was assessed using linear regression models. Separate models were fitted for Hg, Pb and Cd, using univariate linear regression in a first step. Secondly, multivariate linear regression models were adjusted introducing potential confounders specific for each metal. Finally, a test for trend was performed in order to evaluate possible dose-response relationships between metal levels and changes in variables categories.

Results

Geometric mean Hg, Pb and Cd content in milk were 0.53 μg L−1, 15.56 μg L−1, and 1.31 μg L−1, respectively. Decreases in Hg levels in older women and in those with a previous history of pregnancies and lactations suggested clearance of this metal over lifetime, though differences were not statistically significant, probably due to limited sample size. Lead concentrations increased with greater exposure to motor vehicle traffic and higher potato consumption. Increased Cd levels were associated with type of lactation and tended to increase with tobacco smoking.

Conclusions

Surveillance for the presence of heavy metals in human milk is needed. Smoking and dietary habits are the main factors linked to heavy metal levels in breast milk. Our results reinforce the need to strengthen national food safety programs and to further promote avoidance of unhealthy behaviors such as smoking during pregnancy.  相似文献

Physiological changes in crop plants in response to the elevated tropospheric ozone (O3) may alter N and C cycles in soil. This may also affect the atmosphere-biosphere exchange of radiatively important greenhouse gases (GHGs), e.g. methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) from soil. A study was carried out during July to November of 2007 and 2008 in the experimental farm of Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi to assess the effects of elevated tropospheric ozone on methane and nitrous oxide emissions from rice (Oryza sativa L.) soil. Rice crop was grown in open top chambers (OTC) under elevated ozone (EO), non-filtered air (NF), charcoal filtered air (CF) and ambient air (AA). Seasonal mean concentrations of O3 were 4.3 ± 0.9, 26.2 ± 1.9, 59.1 ± 4.2 and 27.5 ± 2.3 ppb during year 2007 and 5.9 ± 1.1, 37.2 ± 2.5, 69.7 ± 3.9 and 39.2 ± 1.8 ppb during year 2008 for treatments CF, NF, EO and AA, respectively. Cumulative seasonal CH4 emission reduced by 29.7% and 40.4% under the elevated ozone (EO) compared to the non-filtered air (NF), whereas the emission increased by 21.5% and 16.7% in the charcoal filtered air (CF) in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Cumulative seasonal emission of N2O ranged from 47.8 mg m−2 in elevated ozone to 54.6 mg m−2 in charcoal filtered air in 2007 and from 46.4 to 62.1 mg m−2 in 2008. Elevated ozone reduced grain yield by 11.3% and 12.4% in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Global warming potential (GWP) per unit of rice yield was the least under elevated ozone levels. Dissolved organic C content of soil was lowest under the elevated ozone treatment. Decrease in availability of substrate i.e., dissolved organic C under elevated ozone resulted in a decline in GHG emissions. Filtration of ozone from ambient air increased grain yield and growth parameters of rice and emission of GHGs.  相似文献

盾构始发是盾构工法的重要施工工序之一,也是盾构施工中最容易发生事故的环节,关系到盾构隧道能否顺利掘进与及时贯通。以北京地铁为例研究了地铁盾构施工负环管片安全拆除条件问题,采用FLAC3D进行了三维模型计算分析,分析了负环管片的位移及反力架应力变化情况,实测了盾构始发段的土压力、注浆压力、盾构推力、负环管片位移、反力架应力变化规律;通过数值计算与实际监测结果的比较,给出了负环管片及反力架的安全拆除条件建议。结果表明:当负环管片的相对位移变化量趋近于零、反力架应力值基本趋于稳定时,隧道衬砌管片环与壁厚注浆及围岩之间的摩擦力足以平衡盾构推力,方能拆除负环管片与反力架。数值分析与实测结果相吻合,说明数值计算模型合理,结果可靠。  相似文献

不同旅游动机所表现出的市场特征差异性,对开发适应市场需求的旅游产品以及促进旅游市场发展具有重要意义。通过市场抽样调查方法,分析苏州市入境旅游者5种旅游动机的旅游细分市场特征差异。结果表明,一是不同旅游动机的游客群体对苏州感知形象差异明显;二是不同旅游动机在旅游信息渠道、出游方式、停留时间和旅游消费等4个方面的旅游行为存在一定差异。最后根据差异性提出科学合理的旅游市场开发措施。  相似文献
